Time to lose weight

The time has come, I need to lose 8kgs. I'm 79kgs now and I wanna get back to my weight of 71kgs which was my premarraige weight. So, I did an 1:45 bike ride this morning and it was tought but today was my worst day and the only way is up. That ride was good for 860 cals, I figure I'll do an hour per day over the next 3 or 4 months. An hour on my tacx trainer should be good for 600-700 cals. I cut my food intake and I should be good to lose 2 kilos a month. I'll keep posting here to update.
