Hard Rock Cafe Grand Cayman

We ate at the Hard Rock Cafe for lunch today. Parking is easy, there is a large public car park behind it for the general area.

The food was good and prices were typical, around 50 bucks for a family of 4. Service was fast and the view was nice, we got a table at the front with a good view of the 6 cruise ships in the harbor. Don't be put off by the queue at the entrance, thats for memorbilia, the food is upstairs.

We went on the Atlantis Submarine in the afternoon. I've done it before and was disappointed today. The sub used the area on the south of the harbor about 500 ft out from the oil storage facility. The previous one that I'd done was north I think and we saw several wrecks that time. Most interesting than 40 minutes of coral and fish. We saw an eagle ray and that was cool. Apparently two weeks ago, they saw a hammerhead shark which must have been cool. Anyway, it's still cool and worth doing but I don't think it's worth the premium over the Atlantis explorer glass bottomed boats (which I've also done), the views are pretty much the same although you won't see the wall of course.
