OnStar first impressions
As a phone it's pretty cool. The hands free operation is real good. It has problems with my wifes Mexican accent though. Shame it's so expensive though, 40 bucks for 100 minutes = 25 cents a minute, ouch. I'll be using it as a phone of last resort only at those prices.
The directions feature isn't so great. I mean, for finding things close to you it's cool. But for planning a long trip, the verbal description they give you and the need to write it all down is a big draw back.
So, I'll likely drop back to the basic subscription as the direction feature doesn't look so compelling after trying it for a while yesterday.
