Problems starting the car

We've been having trouble starting the car this year. The symptom is basically the starter motor turns but the engine doesn't catch for about 5 or 6 seconds.

We fixed it the first time by using injector cleaner. It's started again this month so we used injector cleaner again and now 3/4 of a tank later, it's starting to get back to normal again.

I don't know what we'd be doing to cause this problem but it's odd because we did the 50k service and it included injector cleaning but yet we're still having this problem.

I can't recommend Rochester Ford for service. They are about twice the price of the non manufacturer garages and besides the high prices, I don't see any difference from a quality or service point of view.
