Startup beans in WAS 6.0
The startup bean service was disabled by default when we shipped 6.0. Customers with applications using them and who are wondering why they don't run when the application starts, you need to enable the startup bean service on each JVM to make them work. This setting can be found here:
Enable it here and then they will work as documented.

i am unable to visible configuration tab and runtime on application servers
